Creating your account
This article covers signing up at truckedup.food, verifying your email, signing in for the first time, and resetting your password if you forget it.
What you'll need
- An email address you check regularly. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to it during sign-up and any time you reset your password.
- A password that meets our strength rules: at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a digit.
Heads up: getting set up as an owner is a manual step
Right now, becoming a listed truck owner on Trucked Up is a hands-on process — we set up your truck and link it to your account ourselves. Creating an account on the website only gives you a regular customer account.
If you haven't already been in touch with us about listing your truck, start by emailing info@truckedup.food. Once we've got the basics, we'll tell you when to create your account so we can connect it to your truck.
Sign up
Go to truckedup.food/register.
Fill in:
- Display name (at least 2 characters) — what we'll call you.
- Email — where you'll receive verification codes and notifications.
- Password — meets the strength rules above.
Click Create account.
You'll be taken to a verification screen and we'll email you a 6-digit code. Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Enter the code on the verification screen and click Confirm.
- If the code doesn't arrive within a minute or two, click Resend code (you can resend once every 60 seconds).
Once your email is verified, you'll be taken to the sign-in page. Sign in with your email and password to enter the platform.
That's it — your account is active.
First sign-in
- Go to truckedup.food/login.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign in.
What you see next depends on your account:
- If we've already set you up as a truck owner, you'll land on your Owner Dashboard at
truckedup.food/owner. From here you can edit your truck profile, manage your schedule, and handle orders. - If we haven't yet linked your truck, you'll land on the regular customer view. You can browse trucks, leave reviews, and place orders, but you won't see owner controls until we connect your truck to your account.
If you signed up because we asked you to and you don't see the Owner Dashboard within a few minutes, email us — usually we just need to flip a switch on our end.
Reset your password
If you forget your password:
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? (above the Sign in button).
Enter your account email and click Send code.
Check your inbox for a 6-digit reset code from us.
On the next screen, enter the code and your new password (same strength rules as sign-up: 8+ characters, uppercase, lowercase, digit).
Click Reset password. You'll be taken back to the sign-in page — sign in with your new password.
Common questions
I never got the verification code. First, check your spam folder — verification emails sometimes land there. If it's still missing, click Resend code on the verification screen. Codes can take a minute to arrive.
I created an account with the wrong email. Email info@truckedup.food and we'll help you sort it out. You don't need to create a second account.
Can I sign up with Apple or Google instead? Yes — see Signing in with Apple or Google.
My password reset code isn't working. Reset codes expire after a short window. If yours has expired, just request a new one — go through the Forgot password? flow again.
