What is Trucked Up?
Trucked Up is the local platform for West Palm Beach food trucks. It helps hungry locals find your truck and order ahead — and it puts that order on your phone before they even pull up.
Who it's for
Food truck owners and operators serving the West Palm Beach area. If you run a truck and want more customers finding you (and paying you) without standing in a long line, you're who we built this for.
What you can do
- Get discovered. Your truck has a public profile with photos, video, your menu, and reviews from real customers.
- Take orders ahead of time. Customers cart up on the web or in the iOS app, pay with Apple Pay (or any card), and pick up when they arrive. No line management, no card-reader headaches.
- Get notified instantly. New orders show up on your phone. Accept, prep, hand off — done.
- Manage your schedule. Tell customers where you'll be, today and this week. Update on the fly when plans change.
- Receive booking requests. Customers and event organizers can request your truck for catering or events. You decide which leads to validate and follow up on.
- Broadcast updates. Send a push notification to customers who follow you — daily special, surprise stop, sold out — once per day.
What it costs
Free to list. No setup fee, no monthly fee.
We make money only when you make money: a small commission on orders we drive to you, and on bookings we send your way. If we don't bring you business, you don't pay us anything.
Sponsored placements (boosted visibility on the map and home page) are an optional upsell — never required.
How to get listed
Trucked Up is in onboarding right now — we're personally setting up our first wave of trucks to make sure each one launches well. To get your truck listed, email us at info@truckedup.food with:
- Your truck's name
- The general area you operate in
- Your contact info (so we can reach back out)
We'll handle the setup and walk you through the first sign-in.
Common questions
Do my customers need an account to order from me? No. Customers can check out as guests — name, phone, payment, done. Faster checkout = more orders.
Can I run my truck without taking online orders? Yes. Listing is independent of ordering. You can choose to be discoverable on the map and accept booking requests without enabling pickup orders. (You'll still get more business if you do enable them.)
Do I have to use the iOS app? The iOS app is the easiest way to receive and manage orders on the go, but everything is also available on the web dashboard. Many owners use both.
Are you only in West Palm Beach? Right now, yes. We're proving the model in WPB before expanding. If you operate elsewhere and want to be on our shortlist for the next market, email us.
