Installing the iOS app

The Trucked Up iOS app gives you the fastest way to manage your truck on the go — orders, schedule, broadcasts, and lead management all in one place. It uses the same account as the web dashboard, so anything you do on one shows up on the other.

What you'll need

  • An iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
  • The same email + password (or Apple/Google account) you use on truckedup.food.

Install

  1. On your iPhone, open the App Store.

  2. Search for Trucked Up and tap the result with our red truck logo.

  3. Tap Get (or the cloud-download icon if you've installed it before) and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

  4. Once installed, tap Open.

First sign-in on iOS

  1. On the sign-in screen, sign in the same way you sign in on the web:

    • Email + password — enter the same credentials you use at truckedup.food.
    • Continue with Apple or Continue with Google — see Signing in with Apple or Google.
  2. The app will sign you in and take you to your hub. If you're set up as a truck owner, you'll see your My Truck tab — that's your owner control center on iOS.

Web ↔ iOS — same account, no pairing needed

There is no separate pairing step between the web dashboard and the iOS app. They both connect to the same Trucked Up account, which means:

  • Anything you change on the web (truck profile, schedule, etc.) shows up in the iOS app within a few seconds, and vice versa.
  • Orders ring on both — so if you have your phone in your pocket but a teammate is at the laptop, either one of you can accept.
  • Sign in once on each device. There's nothing to sync, scan, or copy across.

Push notifications

The iOS app is the only place you'll receive push notifications about new orders. To make sure they reach you:

  1. The first time you open the app after signing in, iOS will ask if you want to allow notifications. Tap Allow.

  2. If you tapped Don't Allow by mistake, you can fix it later: open the Settings app on your iPhone → scroll to Trucked UpNotifications → enable everything.

For more on troubleshooting push notifications, see the Notifications section of this help center.

Common questions

Is there an Android app? Not yet. Android is on our roadmap; for now Android users can use the web dashboard at truckedup.food on their phone — it works on mobile browsers.

I have multiple iPhones (or share a phone). Can I sign in on more than one device? Yes. The same account can be signed in on as many devices as you like. Notifications go to every signed-in device.

Can my staff use the app too? Right now the app is one account per person. If multiple people on your team need access, the simplest path is to share one account credential with trusted teammates. (Per-staff accounts and roles are on our roadmap.)

The app says it can't find my truck after sign-in. That usually means we haven't linked your truck to your account yet. Email us and we'll connect it.
