Claiming your truck

This is the step where your account becomes a truck owner account — once your truck is connected to your sign-in, you'll see the Owner Dashboard with your truck name on it, and you can start editing your profile, setting your schedule, and accepting orders.

What you'll need

  • A Trucked Up account that you've already created and verified. If you haven't yet, see Creating your account first.
  • The email address you used when you signed up.

How it works right now

We connect your truck to your account by hand — there's no self-service "Claim" button yet. We do it this way on purpose during the onboarding wave so we can sanity-check truck info, photos, and contact details before the truck goes live to customers.

Here's the flow:

  1. Email us at info@truckedup.food with:

    • The truck name as you want it to appear on Trucked Up.
    • The email address on your Trucked Up account (so we can match it up).
    • Whether your truck is already listed on Trucked Up (e.g., we created a placeholder profile for you), or if we need to create a new listing.
  2. We'll set it up. Usually within 1 business day, we'll either create your truck or connect an existing listing to your account. If we need anything else from you (a logo, an address, a phone number), we'll ask.

  3. Sign in to confirm. Once we've connected things on our end, sign out of truckedup.food and sign back in. Your Owner Dashboard will now show your truck name, with sections for Edit Profile, Schedule, Orders, and Leads.

That's it. From here you're set up to do everything else (edit your profile, upload photos, manage your schedule, accept orders).

What if I don't see my truck after signing back in?

A few things to try:

  • Sign out and back in. Your account loads your owner status fresh on sign-in. If you were already signed in when we connected your truck, signing out and back in is the simplest way to pick it up.
  • Wait a minute. It can take a moment for new permissions to propagate. Refresh the page after 30 seconds.
  • Confirm the email. Make sure the email on your Trucked Up account matches what we used to link the truck. If you signed up with a different email than you told us, email us and we'll fix the link.

Common questions

Why isn't there a self-service Claim button? We're early — first wave of trucks getting onboarded. Doing it by hand lets us catch issues (wrong addresses, duplicate listings, missing logos) before they hit your public page. Self-service claim is on the roadmap.

Can I have more than one truck? Right now an account is tied to one truck. If you operate multiple, email us — we can set you up with multiple accounts or coordinate something better as we add multi-truck support.

Can my staff also have access? Today, the simplest way is to share your account credentials with trusted teammates (for example, the person actually working the truck). Per-staff accounts are on the roadmap.

My truck already shows up on Trucked Up but I never put it there. That's almost certainly a placeholder we created so locals could already see and review your truck. Email us — we'll connect it to your new account so you can take it over.
